There's a big For Sale sign up above the Pizzeria window at 659 Valencia Street. For those unfamiliar, this is the nondescript pizza place next to the closed NY Buffalo Wings that is now Mau. The broker at Rockwell Properties passed on an asking price of $400,000 for the lease with a $9,000 monthly rent.

The space has 2100 square feet to spare with sprinklers and entrances at the front and back—a rarity in the Mission, which allows for higher capacity than spots with a single entry.
