George Morrone, former Cliff House/Aqua chef most recently seen hosting pop-ups at Hog & Rocks, has signed on for a new executive consulting gig. He's now retooling the menu at the Corinthian Yacht Club (43 Main St.) in Tiburon. Ex-Hog & Rocks chef de cuisine Joe Gentempo is also the new chef de cuisine. [The Yummy Report]
