THE MISSION — Craftsman and Wolves (746 Valencia), which has been open for four months now, is introducing a formal tea service option weekdays from 1 to 5 p.m., beginning on October 15. $22 buys a pot of Naivetea oolang or tisane, accompanied by three courses of housemade savory and sweet offerings, including salt cod rillettes, apple gruyère scones, and caramelized hazelnut financiers.
