Professional pizza crazy person Tony Gemignani says he makes "more than 1,000 pizzas daily" at Tony's Pizza Napoletana, and counting. Gemignani plans to open four new restaurants in the future. That's in addition to Capos, the Chicago-style pizzeria headed North Beach-ward. [WSJ]
