THE MISSION — Chef Michael Mauschbaugh is making his Sous Beurre Kitchen pop-up a full-time restaurant with the signing of a lease at 2704-2708 24th Street. He hopes to be open by next summer and will continue pop-ups at various locations but his last meal at Sugarlump (2862 24th St.) will be on December 14. [ISSF]
