"One of Oakland's most dangerous fugitives," 20-year-old gang member Ronnie Flenaugh was arrested at Ruth's Chris Steak House on Van Ness on Thursday. Flenaugh was dining with his wife and 10 "associates" when he was pegged by an off-duty Oakland cop, and he is now in jail with no bail. [SF Appeal]
