After opening a SoMa walk-up window in August, The Crème Brûlée Cart is still in expansion mode, with plans to open two new locations before the end of the month. Westfield San Francisco Centre (845 Market) will become the first mall to receive a Crème Brûlée Cart outpost on wheels— but it won't be the last. For its November 8 debut, the cart will be located near La Boulange du Dome on the fourth floor. It will stay there for a bit, and then probably move to another area of the mall. Operating hours will be the same as the mall's: 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays.
After that, the sugar will continue to spread to the outer corners of the city. Company CEO Curtis Kimball says that another cart should be opening in Stonestown Galleria Mall (3251 20th Ave.) in a few weeks. The Financial District cart remains in operation, as does the truck.
