Yesterday Blackbird (2124 Market Street) started offering 4 oz. Mason jars full of deviled ham, smoked trout, fava bean hummus and such, made by former 15 Romolo chef Larry Piaskowy. The goods are all served with crackers and priced between six and ten dollars. Piaskowy is working to sell his "Bar Jars" to other bars without food too. [EaterWire]
