8) Palo Alto: The Sea by Alexander's Steakhouse (4269 El Camino Real) opens today, and it sounds like a pricey ticket. Taiwan-born executive chef Yu Min Lin will preside over the seafood-heavy menu at this 148-seat restaurant, which has a decidedly Asian bent. [EaterWire]
