Nervous Dog Closing, Grand Cafe's Last Misfit

Chef and whole animal specialist Alicia Jenish will highlight à la carte goose dishes ($8-26) such as winter vegetable and goose consomme, goose leg confit served with stuffed savoy cabbage, and goose roulade with prune and caramelized onion pudding.
