Rice Paper Scissors Crab, Hilton's Craft Beerlift

POP-UPS — Assured that the crab strike has been resolved, Rice Paper Scissors is turning the Florida Street Cafe (710 Florida) into the Dungeness Crab House for a special dinner featuring salt and pepper crab and truffle garlic noodles at 6:30 p.m. on December 15. BEERWIRE — Master Cicerone Rich Higgins, most recently seen consulting on the beer program at Lolinda, is now working with the Hilton San Francisco to give it what he calls a "craft beerlift" in the midst of its recent upgrades. The updated lists at 750 Restaurant & Bar and Flyte Beer & Wine Bar include a focus on local drafts from the likes of 21st Amendment, Gordon Biersch, Almanac, and Speakeasy. [EaterWire]
