Nico Borzee, executive chef at Bouche, has flown the coop after leading the Bush Street restaurant through its first year in business, and a two star Bauer review. Owner Guillaume Issaverdens says "Bouche is going to stay Bouche," but dishes from new chef Michel Réthoré will show up "in another month or so." [ISSF]
