As you know, one-time Citizen Cake/Orson chef Elizabeth Falkner has a new Brooklyn restaurant called Krescendo, and it is about a month old now. It hasn't been reviewed by the critics yet, but Falkner is already feeling the East Coast love: "I think people are more open-minded about trying new things here, more so than on the West Coast."
