A Marin County judge has denied teenage suspect Max Wade's petition to separate his Guy Fieri Lamborghini theft trial from his alleged shooting trial. Authorities say they tracked Wade, after a teenage girl he had tried to woo (and, failing that, shoot), told police that he sometimes drove a yellow Lamborghini — which did indeed turn out to be that of noble culinary statesman Fieri.
