Wise Sons is normally closed on Tuesdays, but they're making an exception on New Year's Day, ripping out this "limited edition" menu of "Jewish hangover cures" (made with the help of Thomas Martinez). It includes chicken shnitzel, smoked salmon latke benedict, and shakshuka with shug (a.k.a. Yeminite hot sauce.)
