Off the Grid has been opening new food truck pods all over the Bay Area for the past year, but yesterday founder Matt Cohen announced that the North Berkeley branch is "on hold indefinitely." The North Shattuck Association is reconfiguring the area where the market routinely draws 1,500 customers at a time, as Cohen seeks another suitable North Berkeley location for a re-launch next year.
