Eater San Francisco Editor Carolyn Alburger Moving On; Full Time Position Open

It is our sad duty to announce to San Francisco readers today that Carolyn Alburger, the editor of Eater San Francisco and its driving life force since March 2010, is moving on. She'll soon take on the role of Associate Editor of San Francisco magazine, where we're sure she will exceed expectations.

As Alburger moves on, we're looking for some fresh blood to take over the reins here at Eater SF. Which brings us to this: Are you obsessed with restaurants, chefs, news, gossip and all the fun drama that goes hand in hand with the high stakes San Francisco restaurant world? Would you like a full time job with competitive salary, health care, and a matched (!) 401[k]? Think you'd be the perfect editor here at Eater?

If so, write us a paragraph about yourself (omitting stories of childhood food memories svp) and a paragraph about why you think you're right for the job and email it to jobs@eater.com with the subject line "Eater San Francisco Editor." If you've got a personal blog, Tumblr or Twitter, include links to those as well. No resumes, please. If we like what we see, we'll follow up quickly.
