Today brings a happy resolution to fears that San Francisco Baking Institute (480 Grandview) might have to shutter while waiting for a license renewal application to be processed, as reported yesterday. The paperwork has been approved and the school will reopen on January 7 with a schedule of two-week courses instead of the 18-week curriculum that was previously in effect. [ISSF]
