SOUTH BAY — Burlingame is the next conquest for Pizzeria Delfina (1444 Burlingame Ave.). Projected opening date for this third location: June 2013. [ISSF]

CHEF SHUFFLES — RJ Subaba has taken over the kitchen at Los Gatos restaurant Cin Cin (368 Village Ln). He's previously been a sous chef at The Village Pub, Madera, and Murray Circle and plans to add his "personal finesse and refinements" while continuing the global small plate format that has gotten winks from a Michelin inspector. COMING ATTRACTIONS — Following the recent fire on the Bacon Bacon truck, a portion of proceeds from a collaborative dinner at Trace (181 Third St.) at 6 p.m. on December 19 will go towards the cost of repairs.
