The Tsing Tao Chinese restaurants in the Outer Richmond, FIllmore and Excelsior, have just been smacked with a $340K fine for unpaid wages to their 28 employees. A California labor commissioner hopes this "sends a strong messages" to restaurants, following similar cases at Pho Clement, Big Lantern, and Blue Plate earlier this year. [SFBT]
