Not a huge week in openings this week, but there are some things to catch you up on. Remember Rock Bar opens this Saturday night in Bernal Heights—or for the anatomically inclined—"La Lengua." The remainders follow.

Take a look at Gordon Drysdale's February menu, with herbivore, omnivore, carnivore and sweetavore sections, here. [EaterWire]
2) Chinatown: New DIY take-out sushi spot Sushi Taka is now open close to the FiDi/Chinatown border. You make your roll from these ingredients and everything comes with green tea-steeped rice. [Tablehopper, EaterWire]
3) Excelsior: Potrero Italian deli Calabria Bros. has another branch up-and-running now at 4763 Mission Street near the intersection of Russia Ave. Anyone know if they make focaccia here on Saturdays like they do at the other location? [Tablehopper]
