Berkeley's newest Peruvian rotisserie, Brasa will be opening a little later than expected, on February 21. The concept isn't all about chickens. There will aslo be a soft-serve machine, authentic drinks like chicha morada, Peru-inspired sandwiches and street-food-style appetizers drawing from co-owner Veronica Laramie's Peruvian roots.
