THE MISSION - Wise Sons Deli opened unexpectedly this morning at 9 a.m. and will stay "softly open" through the long weekend. Here's the opening menu with a solid selection of Jewish-style sandwiches, weekday breakfast, and weekend brunch options like corned beef hash and the L.E.O. bialy with lox and caramelized onions.
