Wolfgang%20Puck%20Foie%20Wire.jpgThe foie gras ban goes into effect in the state of California this July and instead of complaining, Wolfgang Puck would like chefs to just embrace it already. From a letter Puck sent to fellow restaurateurs: "[a]s a chef, a businessman, and someone who cares about the humane treatment of animals, I'm writing to let you know why I support this particular law...we chefs have the ability to create delicious and original dishes our customers will love without causing torment to animals." As you'll recall, Puck stopped serving foie gras in his restaurants in 2007. [SFoodie]
