Sizzler%20Expansionwire.jpg53-year-old champion of the bottomless salad bar, the Sizzler restaurant chain is hoping to rebound from Chapter 11 bankruptcy by opening five new Bay Area restaurants in the coming years. While touting "fresh food," and a "new look" at the existing locations, they're looking to Fremont, San Jose, Union City, Milpitas, Pleasanton and Livermore for growth. The plan is to make the Bay Area "the region with the second-most Sizzlers" in the U.S., with 17 total Sizzlers by 2018. [WSJ]
