Eater operatives were at the debut of The Window last night to take a look behind the scenes at the newest pop-up venue in town. With back-to-back food acts happening for the next 20 days straight, and a solid schedule booked through the next few months, this is looking to be one of the most reliable pop-up experiences we've seen yet. Take a look at scenes from last night when pork belly burger maker Belly Burger took the stage. Despite the dreary weather, there was quite a crowd, although tables weren't on the sidewalks as they'd be on dryer days. Check the schedule for the coming days, and months, here.
