Airport restaurateur and Iron Chef Cat Cora will have the honor of christening Oceania Cruises' new "upper-premium" ship, Riviera. The ship is "designed for epicureans" (feast your eyes upon the on-board Bon Appétit Culinary Center). It also just so happens to have docking plans for "many of the countries" featured on Cora's new Bravo show, Around The World In 80 Plates. The ship will be toasted with a 15-liter Nebuchadnezzar of Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin champagne in Barcelona in May. [MarketWatch]
