Bubbling Up

hapasoda.jpgSodaCraft, the handmade and fermented soda company founded by Jesse Friedman that has a stand at the Thursday Farmers Market at the Ferry Building, has been sold to William Pilz, the proprietor of Filipino food truck Hapa SF. The sale means that Friedman gets to focus more on his Almanac Beer project, and that Hapa SF will now stock SodaCraft flavors. The formation of a pipe dream begins with the idea that maybe some Filipino flavors will enter the beverage mix. [EaterWire]
