At Friday night's official reopening of Off the Grid: Fort Mason Center, Eater played a little game of 'How many ethnic foods can you fit in one body?' Founder Matt Cohen and right-hand-woman Katie Achermann showed off brand new features of the 20% larger Grid this year: 14 new vendors (out of 44 total), and a booze tent from The Alembic. As a Friday night perk, each vendor is now offering a menu item exclusively at the Fort Mason location—like Alembic's bourbon/hibiscus cocktail or Little Green Cyclo's fried chicken and pandan waffle. See the gallery above for further evidence.
