THE MISSION The edgier, earthier version of Palo Alto's Amber Dhara coming to the huge space next to Luna Park will be opening some time in May. They're hiring now too. [EaterWire, Mission Mission]

MORE MISSION - Namu Gaji chef and co-owner Dennis Lee says his Dolores Park bordering Korean-Californian restaurant will probably open this weekend, although it's not 100% set in stone. [UPDATE: The PR says "due to technical difficulties with equipment, Namu Gaji will postpone their opening to April 11th." [EaterWire]

CASTRO - Jim Woods, owner of 18th Street's forthcoming artisan beer and empanada stop Cerveceria de Mateveza, is planning for an official opening on April 7, with a few soft-opening days before that. [EaterWire]

NOPA The Bi-Rite Market and ice creamery coming to 550 Divisadero has delayed the opening again to October. [Haighteration]

SOMA - The SoMa Streat Food Park at 11th and Harrison is putting the finishing touches on. The opening is still TBA. [EaterWire]

SAUSALITO - Copita, the Mexican spot from Joanne Weir and Larry Mindel, is planning to open the first week of May, in time for Cinco de Mayo. Weir says they've brought on Dilsa Lugo of Los Cilantros to help chef Omar Huerta in the kitchen. [EaterWire]
