Bravo's new show Around the World in 80 Plates, "the most incredible culinary competition" has announced the 12 chefs competing in its 40 day race across the world and Bushi-tei interim chef Nicole Lou is one of them. Lou tells Eater she's recently been put in charge at Bushi-tei since Michael Hung left, but she's planning to move to LA soon. Interesting.
