Thrillist has news of a new Friday-only burger from Bluestem Brasserie (1 Yerba Buena Ln) that could end your life (or at least drive you to Lipitor). It is made with 13oz of ground brisket and sirloin and additional layers of crispy pork belly, caramelized onions, a sunny-side up egg, and aged cheddar.
