Fresh off the unveiling of its $30 million revamp, The Metreon has been sold to Starwood Capital Group by the Westfield Group. Apparently plans to roll out more restaurants—like this weekend's debut of Firewood Cafe, and Sorabol Korean—and the CityTarget are still moving forward. The reason?
