Preview dinners for the most-anticipated opening of Central Kitchen are sold out, but you can still get a sneak peek at its sister business Salumeria this Wednesday. The Mission's Shotwell's (3349 20th Street) will be hosting a pop-up from 6 to 9 p.m., serving a ballotine sandwich, ricotta-stuffed peppers and other goodies from the forth-coming upscale delicatessen and market.
