Cotogna is kicking off its quarterly Sunday guest chef series this weekend with Tuscany's Fabio Ugoletti. Future Sunday guests will be Katja and Caro Baum of three-Michelin-starred Amador in Germany (5/13), Sarah and Evan Rich of the forthcoming Rich Table (5/20), and Chad Colby of LA's Mozza Scuola (5/27).
