The pretty young thing you see here is Cervecería de MateVeza, the new Dolores Park bordering, Argentina-themed, micro-brewery that's been in the works for several months now. As you know, there will be 7 beers on draft, El Porteno empanadas, and about 20 seats in the light-filled corner space. Take a look around inside now, and peek at the opening draft beer menu which lists brews from Moonlight Brewing Co., Marin Brewing Co., Magnolia, and—of course—three house creations from MateVeza. Owner and head brewmaster Jim Woods is ready to officially debut this Saturday, although he says he might sneak the doors open a few days earlier.
