Additional details came in yesterday regarding Paul Canales' big forthcoming Oakland restaurant, and today Inside Scoop comes out with the name: Duende. Canales also reveals his menu will be Spanish, with all the North African, Basque, French, and Italian influences that cuisine encompasses. He's hoping to open this fall. [ISSF]
