With local and nationwide expansion underway, it should come as no surprise that Umami Burger has launched a line of products: Umami Dust, Umami Ketchup, and Master Sauce. From Umami's website: "UMAMI products bring the wonders of the fifth taste to your own kitchen." Right now some of these goods are for sale at UMAMIcatessen in LA, but later this year four proprietary items will be offered online along with an assortment of "other unique specialty food condiments."
