Now that chef Jason Rose has moved on to direct all of Leslie Rudd's culinary programs (Oakville Grocery, Dean & Deluca St. Helena, Rudd Oakville Estate Winery, Edge Hill Napa Winery), ISSF finds out more about his big job, and what he's got in store. Rose says he'll be creating private label products for Oakville and Dean & Deluca using Rudd Farms fruits and vegetables, and you can expect to see seasonal meals added at both wineries to complement the tasting programs.
