RETAILWIRE — The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen (1 South Park) is working on a full line of retail condiments. Jars of apricot-jalapeño relish are already for sale at the restaurant, while pickled cucumbers, onions, mustards, and baking mixes have been mentioned as future possibilities to be sold there and in at least one specialty grocery store. HOT TICKETS — If a drinking and tasting tent marathon is what's been lacking in life lately, there are luckily still tickets left to a number of grand tastings, cooking demos, and full meals at Pebble Beach Food & Wine, which takes place April 12-15. Too late to get in on Guy Fieri Interactive, though. [EaterWire]

UPPER HAIGHT — Coco-Luxe (1673 Haight) has been undergoing a remodel that includes opening up a back area, and will soon be re-branded as Stanza. Chocolate will still be stocked but it is going to play second fiddle to wine tasting. [Upper Casing]

OAKLAND — After sharing much of the nitty-gritty of the forthcoming Hopscotch (1915 San Pablo), a new Kickstarter project hoping to raise $20,000 for the restaurant includes a personal video that shows the early build-out in progress. There are also good glimmers of food porn from owner/chef Kyle Itani, previously of Yoshi's and New York's the Meatball Shop. [EaterWire]
