The Mission's new restaurant and bar that happens to have a bowling alley, Mission Bowling Club will be serving its first brunch this weekend. Chef and co-owner Anthony Myint writes to say the hours will be be 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The kitchen will be pumping out a totally new day time menu, including a "Loco Moco" version of the Mission Burger with rice and an egg, fried chicken with waffles, and a take on chilaquiles with optional jerk pork shoulder. Please note you do not need to partake in bowling—or even like bowling—to eat at Mission Bowling Club or drink at its bar. It's a good way to reacquaint yourself with Myint's food now that Mission Street Food is something of a distant memory. A look at the full preview brunch menu follows.
