The new name for Pete Osbourne's revamp of Kelly's Mission Rock with a mechanical bull is Mission Rock Resort: Oysters. Bar. Grill, according to Potrero View. In addition to the bowling lanes in the basement, Osbourne will also allow customers to dock a boat on the Bay side of the restaurant while they dine.
