As part of Eater's first ever Pizza Week, chefs at three SF restaurants that don't serve pizza agreed to make a special pizza-inspired creation served for a limited time. On Monday, it was a Mexican pizza from Tacolicious, on Wednesday Hog and Rocks showed us what they can do, and today Jasper's Corner Tap gets the stage.

Jasper's Corner Tap's Chef Adam Carpenter is grilling up a flatbread pizza, topped with caramelized onions, goat cheese, and "shiitake candy," which is basically some very addictive high-class mushrooms sauteed in soy sauce. He tops it with arugula dressed in truffle oil, and a drizzle of garlic oil along the crust to finish. Eat one for $14 through the weekend, and since nobody really wants Pizza Week to end, this special will be offered all through next week.
