Long-time Garibaldis chef-partner Daniel Martes is addressing San Francisco's scarcity of great sandwich places with V-105 (105 Valencia St.). The sleek-seeming Mission spot serves anything but your typical hoagies/subs: $8-$11 numbers with "beef cheeks, Moroccan lamb, crispy pork belly and portabella" on homemade bread, to be exact.
