Mikey Dogpatch has two stars for Gilberth's, the latest addition to this "emerging" neighborhood. He says the interior "has a real sense of style," and he seems to like a lot of dishes: "light and fresh-tasting" tripe, "must-order" lima beans, quail stew, pork chuck and "plump" rotisserie chicken. But there are big problems with service: "The staff is friendly, but hasn't been trained...It's almost as if the place is setting itself up for failure. I hope not...with a little more professionalism it could blossom." [Chron]
