EXPANSIONWIRE — First thought to open this month, the two new locations of Creperie Saint Germain are looking more like summer babies. A FiDi location at the Bank of America building (555 California) is now projected for early June, followed by a July debut in the new food court at Metreon (135 Fourth St.). [EaterWire]

FOOD TRUCKS — Meals on wheels are a new part of the food options during this concert season at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View. The venue will rotate trucks such as Peninsula favorites Southern Sandwich and BBQ Kalbi. [EaterWire]

POP-UPS — There are more details on FoodLab's project in A Temporary Offering, including Friday night sit-down dinners from Southern Sandwich and future dates to be announced from presently subterranean wonders William Werner, Aaron London, and Russell Jackson. Once confirmed, the dates will pop up on the FoodLab calendar. [ISSF]

COMING ATTRACTIONS — Namu Gaji (499 Delores) is throwing a luau on Baker Beach to benefit Surf for Life on May 28. Kids under seven are free, adults are $50 (tickets here) to partake in a Hawaiian feast of Island staples roast pig, Lomi salmon, poke, poi, and haupia done Lee style. [Tablehopper]
