A business called Wine Kitchen (507 Divisadero) has applied for a new beer and wine license. It doesn't look anywhere close to being ready to open, but the 1400-square foot space is planned as an "eating space" (at least according to the application), so it won't be a jug shop. It might even cause Vinyl Wine Bar (359 Divisadero) to look over its shoulder at some point in the future. [Haighteration]
