There's now a live website for William Werner's forthcoming Craftsman & Wolves (746 Valencia), which opens the week of June 4. The menu includes Werner hits like The Rebel Within (poached egg baked into a sausage/cheese muffin concoction) and imaginative new curiosities such chocolate and white shoyu caramels and warm sipping caramel with salted butter and croissant shavings.
