Already off to an award-winning start, the Flour + Water team's Salumeria will be opening tomorrow across the street yard from its three-week-old big brother Central Kitchen. Following preview tastings, sneak peeks, and additional hype, by now, anyone with an RSS feed knows this latest offshoot will provide a California spin on a classic Italian deli and prepared foods shop. It will offer a feast of housemade meats and charcuterie, cheeses, condiments, and sandwiches galore, all brought from imagination to reality by chef de cuisine Matthew Sigler.

Tomorrow, swing by any time between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for a pastry and some coffee, a beer and a roast beef sandwich (on a pretzel roll!) or whatever else you fancy, and consume on the shared, plant- and water-feature-filled courtyard. Do note eventual hours will shift from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Now to really get your head around what's about to happen, how about a first look at the menu.
