An Eater operative was on the scene today just as the Flour + Water team debuted its newest spawn Salumeria—a daytime deli, cheese, meat and prepared foods shop. As you can see in the eight slide above, executive chef Thomas McNaughton and chef de cuisine Matt Sigler were on site slinging sandwiches with the utmost care. Take a refresher course on the menu, as it was released yesterday. Now is also a fun time to compare the above gallery to the sneak peek images from January, to see how far this baby has come. All of the other details are in the Eater Archive. Opening hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. will eventually extend to 8 p.m. nightly. All orders can be consumed in the heated outdoor courtyard as seating allows.
